The Sustainability Report

The Sustainability Report, we annually prepare is a concrete sign of our approach to the sustainable transition: this document is intended to foster continuous performance improvement, driving dialogue with stakeholders and positive competition, in which all players may contribute to achieving common goals, bringing to bear all their resources and skills.


The purpose of this procedure is to concretely implement the regulatory provisions on the protection of persons who, in the workplace, report breaches of Union law, or breaches of national regulatory provisions, as per the provisions set forth in the Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 transposing EU Directive no. 2019/1937.

Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 has recently implemented EU Dir. n. 2019/1937 introducing new measures for “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions”.
