Governance

The values of the IMALPAL Group

MISSION
Our mission is based on the commitment to promote sustainable development, a target that guides each and every business activity and company decision. In the manufacture of plants and machinery for the wood processing industry, we are determined to minimise the impact which our operations could have on the environment, through responsible production and management practises. This means incorporating environmental criteria into our business strategies, through the application of innovative and sustainable technologies, and by adopting a holistic approach that takes into account the present and future demands of our planet. We are aware of the responsibility we have towards future generations and we are actively committed to ensure that our activities contribute to creating a more sustainable future for all.

VISION
Our vision is to light up our industry like a beacon, representing excellence in sustainability. We aspire to be acknowledged as a company that embodies sustainability in all its aspects, from the management of the supply chain to waste disposal, from the concept of the products through to customer satisfaction. We want this vision to become reality through a constant commitment to innovation and collaboration, integrating sustainable principles in each and every step of the work process. We want to be an aspiring model for other companies, demonstrating that it is possible to achieve economic success without compromising the environment or well-being of the future generations. Our dream is to build a world where sustainability is not just a target, but a concrete realty which permeates through every aspect of our life and business activities.
